Tech Gear review says these are base heavy, with only ok voice cancellation. They did not recommend:

I blame SD's daily giveaways incentivizing replies for entry points. Every single FP deal has these two word replies.

It would be like comparing a Toyota Corolla to a Corvette. Yeah the Corolla is going to work just fine and be reliable, but it's not going to be nearly as nice as the Corvette

I had the same brand of headphones one time. Thanks to the way I use headphones the little spot between the cup and the headband tends to break on mine.
That part broke on me pretty fast, but it might not be a big deal if you aren't pulling it off all the time.

Shucks man... i got these and thought they were nice. I mean at the price and build quality I almost want to get a 2nd pair. The XM4s feel like a cheap toy but are highly recommended. Idk, i guess so

I've been trying to evaluate anything for an often noisy office environment. Since I recently tried the Space Q45, which is supposed to be a step up from the Space, I figured I'd put my thoughts here.

The microphone noise suppression just doesn't cut it. Really, after testing a number of headsets, the microphones on anything without a boom mic just can't isolate the wearer except for the Sony 1000XM5 (and I'm sure 1000XM6). I've read the XM6 earbuds are also very good, but those are all generally $400. I got one set of XM5 on the recent $200 sale and those work. Now I need to buy about 20 more next time they go on sale.

The ANC on the Sony is 2-3x better than the Space Q45 I tried back to back, and the microphone is actually usable for meetings in a noisy environment. Other than a few Jabra models, I've tried several $100-200 (and any $300-400 ones I could get on sale for $200) and so far only the Sony hit the mark on microphone noise suppression, along with a couple $120-150 Jabra products with boom mics but they were on-the-ear and poor ANC for the headphone.
