These are good. They've been my go to for a year or so and I always load up when they're $10 or less. They also come in tubs with scoops which is nice for when more or less flavor or electrolytes are needed, and for different sized cups and bottles.

I have tried liquid IV and some flavors taste a little salty. Can anyone recommend which of these flavors are good?

Unless you absolutely need sodium because you don't get enough through your diet, a lot of these electrolyte mixes generally have more than needed for most people, like 500-1000mg of sodium per serving (aka Saltwater 😛), these have about 350mg of sodium (chloride) per packet, which isn't too bad, but you can find many electrolyte mixes with under 100mg sodium per serving (like Ultima or Nutricost which I'm considering buying in bulk powder instead of individual packets, to save more money per serving).
Some flavors of these TREVI electrolytes are $8.49 for me (Lemonade and Berry Lemonade). Worth a try I suppose.
