I had two of our three timers stop working this spring. Contacted the chat customer service, uploaded a video of the problems, and they replaced both. They sent them via Amazon, and start to finish we had brand new (newer generation taboot) timers on the porch in less than 12 hours
And we were a year out of warranty.
If customer service matters to you, I was very pleased with this company.
