Anyone have one of these or similar specs as far as nits go and if so how is the brightness? Looking for a travel companion model and have heard fhd at this size can be notably grainy/large pixels and the brightness is a bit low.

Got this error for shipping to MN and not sure about the right reason: "Sorry, this item cannot be shipped to your selected address due to local laws or Amazon policy. Please change the shipping address or delete the item from your order."

I don't have this exact one but bought a cheapo a long time ago fro around this price. Even though brightness is low on paper it has aggressive anti glare coating which helps a lot, think like monitors do (or used to) and they were still readably. This layer makes it more grainy though.

Bought one on the last deal. These things are great for the price, even at 50$ when i bought it a few months ago still worth it.

  • Resolution: 1920 x 1080 (FHD 1080p)
  • Screen Size: 15.6 inches
  • Panel Type: IPS
  • Refresh Rate: 60Hz
  • Brightness: 300 cd/m²
  • Contrast Ratio: 1000:1
Brightness is ok for indoor I have seen below 300, example 250. 15.6 size for 1080p in general shouldn't be too bad for pixels but that information PPI isn't listed.
One thing you need to keep in mind is this,
Response Time: 20 milliseconds
it is on the slow side not good for FPS gaming.
You also need to consider the ports might be the first to give up. Usually ports are the first to go unless used as regular stationary display.
For $37.xx does those disadvantage matter?

I've been looking for something like this as a second monitor so I don't have to tab out while in a game. Will give it a try at this price.

It's simply silly and unnecessary for them to not include a full-sized HDMI port because competing models do have that

How does this work in terms of powering it? Does it have to be plugged into USB-C? If using USB-C from laptop, there would be no way to charge laptop at same time, so I would need to have two outlets, one for the laptop and one for the the monitor?
Sorry if I am overcomplicating this, I'm basically trying to figure out a way to use an extra monitor for document review for about 6 hours, without having to carry around an additional power strip as well.
