Community Reviews
This 15.6 inch 1080p portable monitor is mainly appealing as a cheap second screen for cameras, office gaming, sidecar use, or home lab work. The size and resolution are described as very usable, and the anti glare coating helps readability indoors. USB C can handle power and display on newer setups, and the built in stand or magnetic mounting makes it easy to place. The main drawbacks are modest brightness, a slow 20 millisecond response time, no full size HDMI port, and reports of fragile ports or shipping damage. A practical little display if those tradeoffs fit your setup.
Common Questions (5)
It works well as a second monitor for browsing, sidecar use, and casual gaming, and 1080p is very usable at 15.6 inches. The 20 ms response time is slow for FPS gaming, so it is better for general use than fast competitive play.
The 300 cd/m² spec is generally considered fine indoors, though similar cheap portable monitors can run below that on paper. An aggressive anti-glare coating can help readability, but it may make the image look a bit grainy.
Yes, it is a practical fit for camera-monitor setups and NVR use. It has been used for 24/7 security camera viewing and with a Reolink NVR.
No full-size HDMI port is included, and it also does not come with a cover. It uses a smaller video input instead, so buyers who want standard HDMI may need an adapter or a different model.
Yes, a USB-A to USB-C cable can power the monitor if your laptop has an extra USB-A port. Newer setups may also support a single USB-C cable for both power and display.

Brightness is ok for indoor I have seen below 300, example 250. 15.6 size for 1080p in general shouldn't be too bad for pixels but that information PPI isn't listed. One thing you need to keep in mind is this,
Response Time: 20 milliseconds
it is on the slow side not good for FPS gaming.
You also need to consider the ports might be the first to give up. Usually ports are the first to go unless used as regular stationary display.
For $37.xx does those disadvantage matter?

Sorry if I am overcomplicating this, I'm basically trying to figure out a way to use an extra monitor for document review for about 6 hours, without having to carry around an additional power strip as well.
