I've had this for just over a month now. I'm not really impressed, I'd say hold off if you can, never versions have larger mops and I hope the AI detection gets better.

Pros:
- Clean/dirty water tank are convenient and you will have clean floors
- Has a dedicated container for cleaner and does its own mixing (biggest reason I chose this bc I hated putting solution in water tank manually every time)
- - That mixing is very light, only half empty after nearly every other day mopping
- Pretty minimal maintenance unless it sucks something up. Very easy to service. 3rd party accessories are plentiful and very cheap on amazon
- Mapping is pretty good
- Setting up commands and layouts in the app, and telling 'YIKO' to clean things is great so you don't need to open the app up and do it there.

Cons:
- Customer service is absolute shit. They will not help you and will put you through the ringer
- app is decent but klunky in navigating figuring things out is not intutive. FAQs for the device are helpful in the app though
- AI features are also pretty shit.
- - We keep the floor pretty clear yet it still finds the only thing it can (cables, large objects that get stuck in the vac) while the vac is supposed to lift?
- - AI stain cleaning (or whatever) turn off if you have designs or hardwood floors, it will waste time trying to clean things that are not dirt

ECOVACS has serious long-term reliability issues. I've had a few, and they always break or have app issues. Roborocks run solid for years. All my Roborocks have had zero issues. Look on the Ecovacs forums/groups, others will tell you the same.

have had this robot since may 24' and i enjoy it. it runs 3 times a week in a ~2100sqft bottom floor and keeps the floor spotless. you have a lot of maintenance to do on a roller mop. if you want something that you never have to touch this isn't for you but neither are spinning mop robots. it's worth it to me. i take the robot apart to clean every two weeks and still spend less time than i would sweeping and mopping the floor. i don't have issues with it running over cables or getting stuck anymore. as it runs your map, it learns so you have to give it plenty of time to get everything right.
