This rechargeable 6000mAh neck fan is aimed at hands free cooling for hot days, yard work, and outdoor events. The low price did replicate on some color options, including pink, blue, and a specific item code, and the fan is described as useful for keeping gnats away from the face. The main catch is that the promo code appears color dependent and has failed on black, white, navy blue, and other colors, with tax pushing the total a bit higher. A practical pick if the code applies to the color you want.

Update: Seems to be color dependent. Didn't work on Black and White, but pink did.
