Says indoor outdoor use how would you really use it outdoor just lay it on the ground and hope the wind don't blow it away

Got it last time, used it right away and the ants walked all around it but never went inside for weeks. YMMV but waste of money for me.

All you need is a spoonful of Borax, sugar and a bit of warm water to mix it into a paste. Put that into a small container like a plastic bottle cap. Ants will be gone in 2 days.

I tried this kind once and it didn't work as well as the Terro brand. I like the idea posted above of make your own.

These worked for me. Woke up to a countertop crawling "sugar" ants earlier this spring. Happen to get these at our local hardware store. Within a day their numbers dwindled and within a few they were gone. Fortunately I left the bait out because about a month later a different crop (different than original based on color) came up for a day and then they disappeared too. 🤞
