These appear to be new-old stock that Performance PCs is trying to unload.
Product description says brass chambers and copper fins, but makes no mention of tube material. Ordered one myself and gave it a scratch. Brass chambers and copper fins check out. Tubes appear to be aluminium. They come with screws and rubber gaskets.
The name of the product aside, be aware these are 45mm thick chonkers.
