Not true, got one for 800 a month ago from a deal posted here (14400f, b580, 32-6000, 1tb, 650w).

That was a good deal. Card was kinda meh to me but the rest is solid. Still very good performance for the price. I did get one of those from walmart but too bad it had terrible ssd throttlng it was unusable (literally unusable). My coworker bought the same thing, exact same problem.

I honestly think it was just a bad preloaded OS image. Mine failed to complete windows setup out of the box too.

I loaded a fresh win 11 onto a usb drive, cleaned the ssd and installed from it. Did not experience any ssd throttling after it and the setup went flawlessly (do not name the system during setup to avoid glitches).
