I bought this on a previous deal post. It's kind of awesome and really novel experience. But it's been sitting in the garage taking up space since I rode it the one time, and now I regret it.
So have a plan to use it before you pull the trigger.

These are super fun, and everyone will want to try it, but they do take significant garage space. 10" PVC will fit over the stock wheels to give them far more life. You will need to hammer them on with a rubber mallet. I got a couple pre-cut oieces on eBay for this
