Edge lit miniLED with maybe TWENTY zones, like last year's QN70F. This is the top of the line of Samsung's absolute shitted diaper lineup. QN80H is THE FIRST to have Full Array miniLED, but outside of QD-OLED, Samsung is absolutely outclassed in picture quality, less OS bloat, useful remote (input and backlighting) and more app support by TCL and Hisense Google TVs. Only thing Samsung does a bit better is processing, but if you're feeding it even streaming 4K, TCL and Hisense wipe the floor with Samsung, while gaining Dolby Vision, too.
