Picked one of these up. Nice bright light that I stuck to the door (magnets) of my 12x20 metal shed. Lights the shed up nicely when it's dark. Since it's solar (and magnetic) you can stick it on the outside during the day to help charge the battery.

This seems useful for power outages, car repairs, camping, or working in the attic. One of those tools you don't use every day but are glad to have when you need it.

Picked up four, two for me, two for my son for camping, and for power outages, etc. I've used my two in the kitchen, mimicking a power outage every morning for a week or so, for lighting in the morning hours before the sun comes up.

Set on the second lowest setting and set on top of my upper cabinets and aimed at the ceiling, the two lights light up my entire kitchen enough to see my coffee in the cup with the ceramic pour-over on top the coffee cup while filling. They lasted about 10 days of 15-30 minutes use each day. These are also very bright on the highest setting.

Charging using the built in solar is quit frustrating. It takes four days outside of central Texas fully sunny days to charge the lights from not quite dead one bar of battery to the upper end of the three bars, out of the four bar battery meter. Also included is usb charging.

Can it be turned on with one click and off with one click, or does it take four clicks to turn it off?

When you first turn it on, if you keep clicking the power button again, it will cycle to high > medium > low > off. However, if you leave it alone at any light output level for more than 15 seconds, the next click will turn it off.

Cycle the power button to the light setting you prefer. Leave the light on that setting for a few seconds (not sure of the exact amount of time). Next time you power on AND off the light, it will remember your preferred brightness. Cycle the button after turning it on to change the brightness setting.
