You have to be mistaken. The QM6K gets GOOD to GREAT reviews. It is considered the best budget Tv available.

there is no 2026 version of the QM6 series. only the QM7 and QM8

there's rumors that they may release a QM6L later in the year near the end of year, but no definitive answer yet
