it's a deal if the everyday price is cheaper than something on a 'deal' and you would have paid more thinking you were getting a 'deal' when the everyday priced link is a 'better deal'

Amazon can't typically touch these items and prices unless there's a promo code and often times they are PRIME ONLY deals. Here + gets free shipping and if someone doesn't have it, they are made aware of it and can get free pick up at least. There is no such option at Amazon, you'd have to spend $35 to avoid a ship charge w/o prime.
You're entitled to your opinion on this, but the upvotes and response to the cheapo Walmart items (even if regular price) tells me many do think it is a deal. It's in the eye of the beholder I suppose.
No, I'm selective. I think the other aspect here is, many people have joined WMT+ in recent months due to deals for the membership posted here. The free shipping on these very useful and reasonably priced items that someone isn't likely to drive to Walmart for do make these a deal, given gas has been $4 a gallon recently.

My concern was the core purpose of this site like it used to be...... deal....an exciting deal that has been knocked down to one of the lowest rockbottom prices that cant be had elsewhere or close to it for what the item is. .... that's all.
