Good deal with the battery. It's a one-handed beast. Demoed my FIL's entire shed in a few hours with this. I think I bought the bare tool for a little over $100 but with the battery and extra charger this is good!

I agree, my favorite hackzall/sawzall I have ever owned, and that is probably over 10 different ones over 30 years. I do love the Milwaukee Fuel Sawzall as well, and the Super sawzall if I just gotta destroy a bunch of stuff, but the M18 Hackzall is the first one I reach for 90% of the time. Please people, never buy the M12 Fuel Hackzall, it is a gutless whimp compared to the M18, which is not that much bigger.
