I have the V2 Pro of this mouse and it has terrible scroll wheel breaking issues where it will scroll up randomly while you are scrolling down. It's horrible. Super annoying. I even RMAd the mouse once which was a huge pain in the ass for a known issue, and it doesn't seem like razor fixed the issue in the Pro V3 either since people are complaining about it in the reviews. I wouldn't recommend not worth the stress

This was my first lightweight wireless mouse, and after using it for a while, I could never go back to a full size mouse like the basilisk or the Logitech mx master.

I went through 4 V2 Pro and all had some kind of problem. Only reliable one I had was the original with dock but even that had issue with it not even charging unless you put pressure on it.

Try cleaning the charging pins on the dock and also the sockets on the mouse with isopropyl alcohol. That usually fix it for a couple docks.
