Among the thousands of videos of World Cup travelers from across the globe marveling at all the amazing things America has available, was one where the guy's head exploded when he saw 50" TVs for $150.

Can't speak to the 50", but I grabbed the 40" for $89 during Prime Day(s) for the garage and it's been great so far. Main use is streaming sports/movies/shows while on the treadmill. Picture is solid and Fire TV was easy to set up -- especially already having a Fire TV Stick set up in the house.

All depends what you need it for, we have this exact tv as our sleep timer every night. Fits the bill just fine, no issues.

I've had the 55" version of this guy for like 4 years now, and it's been fine. It's been downgraded to a patio TV and has survived for the past ~2 years there.
