After you already own the handle Amazon S&S for the 9 pack or 12 pack of refills is currently 2.96 per blade and the cheapest price I can currently see.

GilletteLabs is a premium razor that gets a very close shave, especially under the nose, and the starter blade can last roughly 4 to 12 weeks depending on shaving frequency and hair density. The handle is also being used as a travel razor, since it comes with a case in some bundles and fits neatly in a toiletry kit. Value is the main tradeoff, because refills are pricey and the starter kit includes only one blade. NFL and Woot bundles with multiple blades, a magnetic stand, or a travel case are often the stronger value for anyone planning to keep using it.
The included blade can last about four to twelve weeks depending on shaving frequency and hair density.
The NFL branded blade packs can average a little over three dollars per blade for four blades.
The NFL pack includes a magnetic stand that holds the handle upright for easier storage.
GilletteLabs can get closer under the nose than a Fusion razor with batteries.
A Woot NFL razor set with a magnetic base can be cheaper than this $4 starter kit after discounts.
The GilletteLabs blades are not cross-compatible with Fusion blades, which limits travel-only swapping.
The $4 starter kit effectively costs more per blade than NFL packs with a magnetic stand.
The NFL packs may be a worse choice if the blade is disliked, since the one-blade option limits the loss to about four dollars.

The cheapest way I've found to consistently get refills is to order 9 packs either S&S off amazon or look for Walmart cash coupons.
Just want another razor I can toss and keep in my toiletry kit so I don't have to repack every trip.
