So devil's advocate, this is usually not a LED problem but a dimmer problem.

If you use a regular incandescent dimmer on a LED, the LED can flicker and it will have a greatly reduced life and die prematurely. You have to use a proper LED dimmer.

This may or may not be a problem with the bulbs, and I'd wager its not.

To comfirm above comments, I just returned a bunch of these because they buzzed and flickered at any setting given just a few minutes. Multiple brands of dimmers in the house, some 'smart' some not, all LED rated, but oof.

Ended up getting a discount on Philips Ultra Definition and instantly better range of dimming and no flickering and buzzing from them.
