Vibration isn't powerful, it does get warm which feels good but as per my mother, it's not that effective

So the knee has to be bent while using it? What's the point of it being cordless then if you can't walk at all when using it?

These aren't good. I agree. They're HEAVY. You have to sit exactly like she's sitting in that picture and that's even hard. It's best with a big support under your knee to keep it bent, but it's still heavy. There are other versions that are MUCH better. I have soft ones from Amazon that Velcro on snug. Like a heating pad shaped for your knee. They vibrate, too. There's a reason these are half off.

I think these are good for temp relief bc heat helps with circulation and you can amplify it by using various kinds of gels/rubs. The knee doesn't exactly have a lot of muscle/blood around it, so anything helps - esp if you're elderly.
