Been considering that ASRock for a build I'm putting together. Is this Giigabyte the better choice with 3 fans?
I've had a Gigabyte card in the past (a 4090) and had no issues, but that was just me. This is via chatgpt - I know I know sorry but I'm not sure.
.........
Performance should be very close since both are RX 9060 XT 16GB cards, but the GIGABYTE has a larger triple-fan cooler and slightly higher listed boost clock, so it should be the better pick for temps/noise if you have the case space.
GIGABYTE Gaming RX 9060 XT 16GB:
Triple-fan cooler
Slightly higher boost clock
Better cooling/noise potential
Better pick at the same price
ASRock Challenger RX 9060 XT 16GB:
Dual-fan cooler
Smaller card
Good if you need a more compact GPU
Would be more appealing if it were cheaper

Last 2 out of 3 new items I bought from Newegg were defective and Newegg had the nerve to charge me shipping just to exchange each item for their incompetence not being able to stock new products that just work like they should when new!

Yeah newegg turned into a trash company around the time they started scamming people for GPU turn ins a few years ago.
Damn why is 16GB AMD GPU so cheap/. 5060 TI is $550
From what I recall, amd is more focused on gaming while nvidia cards can do both game and ai related tasks. I'm pretty sure you can run ai programs on amd but it's not plug n play like nvidia
