For me, the deal is lukewarm. I'd like to see it closer to $8 per 16 mega pack, this one is $9.60. Regular price at Walmart is usually around $10

21.27/36 = 59 cents per roll

The 18 rolls were 9.83 the other day. I got 54 rolls for 29.49. I paid 17.70 after amex 40% off.
