Last time I bought these from Amazon one of the bottles was broken in shipping and it made a giant mess in the box.
What's the big deal with that? Things happen. Just wipe them clean with a paper towel and/or run tap water, and throw away the box. I look for real feedback on the nature of the product, not whining about little things in life. Peace !

Amazons shipping for glass is exceptionally bad. The last time I bought taco sauce they did at least put it in bubble wrap, but usually they just throw it in the box. Last week I had four glass jars of Raos pasta sauce arrive via USPs in a large box with a single piece of butcher paper in the box. The box was retaped, leaking sauce, and all four jars were broken and the box was full of mold. All things being equal I'd prefer not to deal with stuff like that, although Amazon is good with refunds.

I have seen so many times where Amazon workers put breakable things in boxes with only a tiny bit of paper "packing" that was clearly nothing more than just doing the motions.

Over the last couple decades, I have had many food items broken, and Amazon was not difficult in refunding them. But in the last few years, I have seen many Amazon boxes apparently taped and re-assembled by their carriers. It seems that Amazon can not get their packaging right before delivery by UPS, the US Postal service, or Fedex.
Does Amazon compensate their shippers for rescuing their packages? Some do arrive as just a clear bag with a "We are sorry about your loss" note inside. It is not fun dealing with Amazon service about boxes that just disappear in transit.
Well, I guess this conversation is really about the taco sauce. I make my taco sauce from the basic spices, so the price to me is high. But for someone making tacos, the meat is the big price and the convenience of a taco sauce is probably a good deal for making the dinner.
