This is a phenomenal deal for those shopping for Zooz products. I had a couple of items on my list and after finding your post I ordered additional components to fulfill some future projects. Back-of-the-napkin math shows I saved around $190. Thank you!

Make sure to get added to their email list. They barely send emails, and they almost always contain their latest sale items.

Glad to help. I should probably order some stuff, too, but I still have a few components left to install from a sale last year! Have a bunch of Zooz stuff in my house though and all has worked flawlessly for years.

anyone have any resources on how to get into this? I've always thought home automation is pretty cool but I don't even know where to start or what to get.

Your first step will be finding a home hub to get into this. Examples could be like Google Home, Amazon Alexa, and I think Apple something... Home Assistant is your best bet, but it has the biggest learning curve. I recommend getting a home assistant hub and going from there if you really want to get serious about it.

Issues with order, claimed I'm using VPN for some reason? I guess they are doing well financially and don't need the sales. Looks like Apollo is selling a lot of these products now and I've not had issues ordering from
Them.

If you're buying something from this sale, you'll need a hub that supports z-wave. You can certainly use a Home Assistant server and a Z-Wave stick if you don't mind tinkering and reading patch notes. For a more all in one solution, check out Hubitat.
