DEWALT's 24 inch hybrid clamp is showing up as a strong clearance find where the $15 tag is active, with sturdy build and enough clamping force for furniture and frames. The 12 inch version is also turning up at $14. Availability and pricing vary by store, with some locations still at $32 or showing inaccurate website inventory, so checking nearby stores and in person matters. The rubber ends have also been reported to turn brittle and fall apart, which tempers the appeal. A useful clearance pick if the local tag is right.
Local store inventory can exceed website counts, so checking in person may uncover additional clearance units.
The clamps can be found at the $15 clearance price when yellow tags are visible on the shelf.
The clamps are described as sturdy for furniture and frame projects.
The Home Depot website can help check nearby stores' clearance prices without driving by using the in-store clearance and nearby stores links.
The website inventory and clearance pricing can be inaccurate, including cases where clearance prices disappear after purchase.
The same item can remain priced at $32 even when it shows as on clearance at a given store.
The rubber ends can turn brittle and fall apart, which can make the clamps less desirable than alternatives.
The claimed clamping pressure may be more than needed, so over-application pressure can be a concern during use.

My HD website showed 2 left at $14.
the shelf had SIX of them
I bought FOUR of them, leaving two behind.
The website now doesnt show the clearance price any more, even though the yellow tag is still on the shelf and two are left. Their system sucks, and assumes they sold out and raised the price to $50, but there are still some for sale at $14....
YOU CAN'T ALWAYS trust their website, always helps to go in person....
