I've bought these before, they scratch easily and the reflective coating is wavy causing distorted reflections. Not great not terrible

Although they have a UV400 rating, I would be hesitant to trust a $3.50 pair of sunglasses for extended UV protection.
Polycarbonate is 99% UV protective. Are these lenses actually polycarbonate? Not sure how to test.
They would make a good lake or ocean swimming pair of sunglasses. "Oops, I dropped my glasses and they sank. No worries!"
