difficult to find a countertop convection 120v oven with this large size. all the ninjas and the brevilles and such are a lot smaller. the ninjas are tall enough for my needs, but not quite wide enough. my 15 inch wide (incl. handles) 9x13 in. pyrex dishes don't fit. the breville pros are 16 inch wide, which is enough to fit my 9x13 pyrex, but the brevilles are a bit short. difficult to cook a 14 pound turkey in it, unless maybe you spatchcock it.
this one is the perfect size, to replace my 240v range, but run for free electricity on my 120v solar system. also, i could put it on the back deck and cook outside on hot days or if cooking something which will stink up the house, like fish.
the main appeal of this one is by far the size. if you can get by with a smaller sub 1 cubic feet convection oven / air fryer, then there are many options and brands to choose from.
