I dislike these coolers purely because they are so bulky and usually not good looking on a build.

They definitely take up a good bit of space, but with the dual towers they are nearly as efficient as an AIO liquid cooler for significantly cheaper and with no pump that could fail. Also, some SFF/MFF cases can't accommodate an AIO in certain layouts (like the ever popular NR200) so this would be ideal for those situations too. Looks are subjective.

Ah I didn't know they were just as effective and def much easier to install

I installed AIO because I had a spare one, I do like the LCD screen but I do think a simple heatsink setup. This is a 7500x3d, maybe all I need is a single small sink+fan right on top. Won't look as cool though

I just got a 7500X3D. As far as power consumption (and therefore heat generation) it's basically one of the most efficient x86 processors out there.

A cheap $10-15 single tower cooler would cool it just fine. I've got a dual tower, dual fan setup like this and it barely needs to ramp up to keep the CPU cool while gaming. Definitely does not need an AIO, unless you just want one for aesthetics.

Ok Ty. I was thinking about swapping my AIO to a 9950x3d. But truthfully, I don't use these CPU's hard at all so it's really not necessary other than just to do it for the sake of doing it just in case. Ty for the info. I am learning the PC world lately. It's been kind of fun to be honest.

My AIO it's actually on the 7500 X 3-D bundle deal I just bought from Micro Center with the motherboard for $200. I thought that was a steal.
