am I wrong to think this looks unisex? if only I could try this in person as a man, i'd be curious if if this works for someone with smaller wrists.

You're not wrong. The PRX Powermatic 80 is available in a 35mm size, and traditionally, most men's watches were around this size. If your wrist is about 6.75 inches or smaller, the 35mm should be a great fit. Also, pay attention to the lug-to-lug measurement, as that's often a better indicator of how a watch will wear on your wrist than the case diameter alone. For example, a 40mm PRX on a 6.5-inch wrist can look a bit oversized.

I've had this in a cart for months and finally bought it on 6/22 when I noticed that the price had dropped. Immediately took it off the bracelet and went for an old Hodinkee strap. My wrist is between 6.5 and 6.75 and I like 33-36mm watches. I really enjoy mine and at $271 it's a screaming deal.

Mido makes really nice watches. If you didn't know, they are part of the huge Swatch group that includes Omega and Tissot. IMHO, Mido is a notch above Tissot and Hamilton.
