Is the "unframed" ready to hang? Or will it be rolled when I get it?
Stretched over an inner frame, like when you buy canvas for painting. It will not be rolled. These canvas prints are almost universally displayed without an outer frame. Instead of the sawtooth for hanging, use wire and hook.
Get tiny eye screws (closed ones) for attaching the wire to the back of the inner frame. Then use a Command type hook (or two, if you want to hang like a pro).
For the sides of the print the default is the image wrapping over the sides. Change that and specify that the sides be black. That way one can see the whole image at once. Plus, the black sides have the perceptional effect of a frame, helping the print stand out from the wall.
