It looks like the deal is still available, so here's some information for anybody still considering this. I bought this PC and it arrived today. I don't know if all these PCs have the same parts inside or if CyberPower just uses whatever parts it has available at the moment, but this is what is inside the PC I received:
RTX 5070 12GB: Gigabyte
16GB RAM: single 16GB stick of ADATA/XPG 5600MT/s with Micron DRAM
1TB SSD: Team TM8FGM001T
Motherboard: Gigabyte B860M DS3H WIFI6E
Power Supply: no labels visible without removing it, so I don't know the manufacturer or the watts
Smoking deal. That 250KF plus is a monster over clocker if you're into that sort of thing. Free performance. That RTX 5070 on a 32" 1080 165 - 180hz monitor can hit those FPS on ultra settings. I am shocked at this deal. I just looked at the other PC offerings, and they are all crap compared to this. They literally have RTX 5060 Ti systems for $1700+ ...... I mean, if you have a PS5 or Xbox and have been wanting to move over to a gaming PC, or need to update an older PC . ... this is a very sweet deal. Also, that 16GB DDR5 is plenty. I would pair this with a 32" 1080p 180hz monitor, and you are going to have a fantastic gaming experience. This probably the best PC deal I've seen in the past 2+ years, and I look daily.
when is the best time to buy a gaming rig like this? is it black friday/cyber monday, after xmas for excess inventory or just randomly throughout the year?
From video on Walmart site it looks like a liquid CPU cooler, but no idea about the power supply. I don't see PSU information listed anywhere. I feel like it should be an 850w, but I've seen others with a 5070 selling with only a 650w. Anyone know what kind of PSU this has?
Microcenter has this particular AMD CPU+MOBO combo deal for $200 now
AMD GPU has 16GB which the 5070 only has 12GB
If you just need game, I think AMD GPU is fine. If you want AI, 5070 12GB probably more useful but it is 4GB less VRAM
edit: went for a quick pcpicker to get to $1428. Looks like a liquid cooler from the 2 larger hoses. So another $100? $1528. 12% discount from retail parts pricing it seems.

It seems to be random. Tax season might be the best time. I don't remember seeing anything incredible around black friday. Maybe a random doorbuster deal around then
