or just purchase $200 GC (assuming GC purchase will unlock the bonus Money)? but thats like purchasing a discounted GC.

That's NOT what they said IMO. each transaction MUST be $200 or more pre tax, and up to four rewards earned for $200+ each.
No where did they say it tracks, the up to four part sounds like the max # of times you can do this. not up to 4 purchases adding up to $200.
