Personally, I am absolutely disgusted by DeLonghi and will never purchase another of their products. I have/had a "La Specialista Arte" that I had to send back twice under warranty. Every time you try to do a descaling cycle it gets stuck and there is no way to get it to reset back to the normal mode. Both times I sent it in, they never actually fixed the problem and the 3rd time I tried to send it back they told me the warranty was expired. Their customer service is also the worse I've ever dealt with, as they spend their time trying to blame you for their awful product not working.

Love this machine.

Few critiques.

1. I wish the bean lid was transparent to view bean level.

2. Wish it could make an automatic double shot vs. making 2 individual shots.

Other than that, I love it.

Love this machine.

Correct, press espresso then immediately after press x2. It grinds longer and pours 2oz.Also, I got mine on a Black Friday two years ago. Month ago grinder started making noises, I didn't attempt to repair Incase it was in warranty. After getting past auto email responses and I proved to them the issue. they shipped me a pre-paid return box. And after repair sent it back for free.
