Personally, I am absolutely disgusted by DeLonghi and will never purchase another of their products. I have/had a "La Specialista Arte" that I had to send back twice under warranty. Every time you try to do a descaling cycle it gets stuck and there is no way to get it to reset back to the normal mode. Both times I sent it in, they never actually fixed the problem and the 3rd time I tried to send it back they told me the warranty was expired. Their customer service is also the worse I've ever dealt with, as they spend their time trying to blame you for their awful product not working.

Love this machine.

Few critiques.

1. I wish the bean lid was transparent to view bean level.

2. Wish it could make an automatic double shot vs. making 2 individual shots.

Other than that, I love it.

We've loved our De'Longhi PrimaDonna Exclusive for maybe 12 years. It's been awesome, but it's starting to have a few hiccups. I'm loyal to the brand, but has anyone switched from a De'Longhi super-automatic to the Ninja AutoBarista Pro?

Great price. I believe I purchased mine for $450 three years ago (during the BF sales) but have been monitoring the its price closely and it has consistently been over $800.00.

trust me, not missing much. I have this POS less than 2 years (BestBuy purchase) and im just waiting for an excuse to throw it into garbage, we are not using it anymore. Milk frother is a joke and i stopped using it within 6 months and just after 1 year mark (how convenient) this POS is leaking somewhere internally pissing water right into used up coffee container that should be bone dry. I can only imagine the amount of mold inside this plastic overpriced POS. Yuck

I wish! Unfortunately not with this model. While the "x2" button is designed to dispense two cups of espresso, it only runs a single grind and tamp cycle, then runs twice the volume of water through that same dose of coffee.

I've had mine for 1 year now and it works flawlessly. Love the milk based drinks (latte/cappuccino) and espresso and coffee this machine makes. Would recommend anyone to buy if you want an automatic espresso machine that is relatively low maintenance.
