Ordered last time they canceled and didn't fulfill the order after saying preparing for shipping. But it was an even better deal but of no use.

I called Vitamix because my A3500 order got cancelled last month and they gave me 10% off. It's not as good as that deal was but I don't feel like waiting any longer

No. The 10% customer service gave me was because I couldn't use the coupon code I emailed to me.
