This is a great book. The recipes are solid and feature grilled food from around the world. There's a section that can teach you to use most any kind of grill. I liked the physical book so much, I bought the kindle version so I could search on a device. Sadly, there's no index in the physical book. This is a no brainer use of slow shipping credits.
