According to one of the reviews/comments it's an HD 1024x600 IPS display.

How complicated are these things to wire up? Including the backup cam.

I'd say it's a moderate task, really depends on the car model. Not too difficult but can take 2-4 hours as you figure out the wiring. you just have to find a sightly way to get the backup camera wire between the back and the front of the car, and to make sure you're hooking the backup camera wire to the correct wire in your tail light.

I would skip this one. there are other vendors/models with built in front camera. so you get a dash cam along with screen.

Agree, there are a few wires that could be the wire you want to attach the camera to and you don't want to splice it into the wrong wire and accidentally blow a fuse, you need it to turn on when the reverse lights turn on. I used a needle attacked to the camera power wire to poke through the possible wires until I found the one that powered the camera on when the reverse lights were on. Also depending on how hard it is to even get to your wires in the back could change how complex the installation is. It took me a few hours on my Audi Q5 with help from a YouTube video and moderate handyman skills. Don't expect it to be super easy.

I'm not one to demand legislative oversight into one's personal life -- but man, it really really should be illegal to have youtube (or ANY video application) as an option on a car's display. The potential for misuse is akin to having open containers of alcohol in a vehicle.
