I came from the ES80 model. If you can get that for $100, it is a great deal. However, I ride on city streets and with the ES80, the solid tires and lack of shocks was painful. Every bump bone jarring. I bought the TMAX about 4 weeks ago the the ride quality is night and day. If you can get it for $155, I think it is worth the extra cost over the ES80, especially if you ride in the city.

I prefer the ES80 for my daughter. It is lighter and tops out around 16 mph. The battery will only last around 10 miles but there isn't much of an issue.

Great deal, but if you can find a decent deal on the ESMAX with 14.5ah battery instead of the 10.5ah of the TMAX, it's worth the extra money. Anything under $200 on the ESMAX is a steal. It results in ~6 extra miles between charges.

Got this from a previous deal. Uphill it struggles a bit, at least with me on it. Good for everything else though and battery lasts quite a while. Being able to lock it via the app is nice as well. Since it's supposed to be for my better half to glide around town I installed a scooter basket I got from Amazon. She loves it.
