Wipers are one of those things that we get so rarely (annually) and they're so important that I don't skimp, sort of like tires.

I usually just get silicon inserts and still use my factory blades

Agreed, but the problem is figuring out which brands are still good and which ones have turned to crap.

I just buy the same pair of rainx wipers from walmart each year and return my old pair. Free wipers for life.
