I just got their M656-MAX. It isn't the exact same but to me it looks to be the same base but without the side MMO buttons. If you lift at all then this won't be ideal. I didn't even realize I lifted at all because these mice obviously aren't designed for it. Still, the lack of any grip on mine makes it feel off. There is a nice click to the left and right buttons, actually a little more pressure needed than I am used to buy maybe that will break in. The two side buttons on the top for mine feel very clicky which is so-so but I don't like how they require me to lift my finger to press them, as I am used to the sadly abandoned G604 which could be touched at the buttons sides.

If this is similar to mine, then I would say to gentle on your expectations. Nothing is bad on this but a few things aren't quite where I had hoped.
