FYI reviews mention it is pretty wobbly. Might be fixed somewhat by replacing the standard pins with thicker bolts, ymmv.
But otherwise, great price!

Chose one of their area stores for same-day pickup and it changed the price - from $134.99 for shipping it to a store a little closer for pickup - to $79.99, probably a big YMMV but might be worth checking stores other than the one closest to you if it shows up on the website initially at the higher price. Also check the cart even if the higher price shows on the product page, it changed the price on the cart page for me.

Ease of quick setup/takedown takes priority. The wobbly-ness of scaffolding is expected especially when you see guys shimmy-sliding all around the job site on these.
However if those reviews were left by other tradesmen, I'd take a closer look. I'm just skeptical of anyone who reviews scaffolding poorly because it wasn't a perfectly rigid platform. It's kinda like complaining about a workshop air compressor for being loud.

This looks like an unbranded MetalTech clone. I'm sure any MetalTech accessory would work (outriggers, rails, platforms, etc.)

This is accurate. This one is made by UST and is compatible with MetalTech parts, as well as Werner, Buffalo/Pro-Series, and similar 'generic' scaffolding like Vevor and Wen; these are all considered "industry standard" 29-inch baker scaffolding. I think the one exception might be platforms, which can vary slightly in length (e.g., 6 feet vs. 6.25 feet) and not fit correctly/safely, so I'd double check on those.
