Regular price is $199.99, but I don't think anyone ever really pays that. The 8 zone version was recently ~$108 at HD, which was a pretty good deal. This is much better. I confirmed stock at this price at 2 local stores. Be aware the tag may say otherwise, mine said $69, but it did ring up $49.99. Receipt attached. Good luck!

I've got the previous version B-Hyve installed for the last 10 years and it still works. The original one was terrible though. You've got to have a good wifi signal or it's going to be unreliable.

Don't buy this. I have 2 of these and roughly 8 of the smart hose timers. They all have the same problems. They were great initially but orbit has caused them to be buggy over the years. They will randomly set rain delays even though smart watering is off and they should be on a set schedule. I've seen them set a 12 and 19 year rain delay. This year they randomly started running their schedule for 10 seconds and turning off. They are a buggy mess, all of my devices have the same issues so it's not a hardware problem. They will also randomly just not water and you have no idea why.

You cannot trust these to keep your plants alive.

B-Hyve has decent devices, but a terrible app. I've had it for about a year, planning to switch to Rachio instead. But at $50 it's not bad if you don't care about the app.

The old one with smart / Wi-Fi AND the old school manual controls is better.
