This company makes a hundred different versions of snake oil. Remember that a "certification" that confirms the contents are what they say they are has NOTHING to do with whether those contents are actually a good idea to consume.

Any evidence to what you're saying? Everything I've bought by them has been solid and Costco sells it too and they sell high quality products.

Lol prebiotics are what feeds the probiotics (the actual organisms). Postbiotics are the leftovers that the probiotics leave behind which can also have health benefits

"Solid" and "quality" come after establishing the actual effectiveness of the substance. Most supplements have little evidence/research supporting their claimed benefits. SR is not a bad brand but they sell a lot of fringe stuff too. Moreover, they used to be priced well, but that's not true anymore

Scam scam scam. Stick to the supplements that are shown to actually actually work and do something. Creatine, Vitamin D3/K2, some type of Magnesium(I take Glycinate), and maybe some Fish Oil.

Either it works (for me) or it doesn't. I'll try it for this price for a month. If I don't notice any benefits, I won't buy it going forward. If it provides $32 bucks worth of noticeable benefit, I'll consider buying another month.

Not advocating for this particular supplement, but probiotics do have a place. The issue is that people just take it when they don't need it, thinking it'll do something good. But there has been evidence showing benefits to probiotics when used for appropriate reasons.

Just curious and I mean this with sincerity... What type benefits do you normally feel or see with supplements that make you go "oh yeah, this stuff is worth it?" I take quite a few supplements (CoQ10, fish oil, multivitamin, extra Vitamin D w K2, Probiotics, Tumeric, magnesium, Creatine) hoping that they are doing something good for me but I don't know that I ever feel or see anything different. I guess I'm always hoping for this radical change, like extra energy or a better mood or overall feeling better but I never seem to notice anything drastic enough to know anything is doing anything beneficial. Obviously, I'm hoping whatever I'm taking is just giving me a gradual change But slow enough I don't notice... Meaning when I started CoQ10 it wasn't giving me energy like I had just had 3 espresso shots.
