It's not a good deal. I just paid 193 for two 8ah power stacks.

You can get a charger for 40$ but most of us have too many anyways

They dont make 8ah powerstacks. You paid $200 for 2 8ah powerpacks which are normal 21700 cells. Not lithium pouch cells. Powerstacks are far superior

I beg to differ, But depends on how you mean of their superiority ?
Life-wise, the Powerstack/pouch cell will die or have issues far before the 21700/18650 cells!
Power output/demand, Powerstack wins, but for shorter amount of usage time.

i thought powerpacks are tabless...supposedly latest and greatest tech, like milwaukee FORGE. I have bunch of powerstacks and 1 8ah powerpack that came with my 10inch 20V miter saw and it does have some serious power i must say.
