My 2nd one would hard freeze. I would constantly have to reset it(issue never known or resolved), they claimed software.
My 3rd one had connection drops issues. Tech at Gamesir could never resolved.
I didn't bother with replacements after that and they issued me a refund and discount on my next purchase.
After 4-5 months of dealing with this mess, honestly just not worth it.
With all that said I am pretty tech savvy and it was not my system(tried on 2 other's and same issues). I tried various methods to resolve before contacting them for assistance.
I ended up getting a G7 pro with the big discount they gave me(worked great - but I really wanted PS style controller). I currently have and using the 8k Tarantula that just released(As of yet zero issues), only been having few days. I also had their Tegenaria Lite wired, also zero issues.
