I just got mine today - I ordered my usual shirt size. The sleeves are a bit short, especially if you plan to swim in it. My biggest gripe is the enormous size of the neck opening. The entire point of a sun shirt is to cover your skin from the sun, yet this shirt has a giant scoop all around the neck.
