This portable compressor cooler is best understood as a mini fridge in cooler form, with real compressor cooling, app control, and enough insulation to keep food ice cold on camping trips. The 20L size is much smaller than a typical mini fridge, and the unit cycles on and off rather than running constantly. Power use appears modest in practice, with reports around 30 to 35 watts in eco use and better battery runtime from a direct 12 volt connection. Fit and shipping limits matter, and AliExpress return and seller experiences can be uneven.
Common Questions (5)
No. It uses a mini compressor and good insulation, so it cycles on and off like a mini fridge rather than running constantly. On eco mode, it can draw about 30W while the compressor is on.
Use a 12V port directly instead of converting battery power from 12V to 120V and back to 12V. That avoids wasted power and can extend runtime; a similar unit reportedly ran 6+ hours on an 80°F+ day and likely longer in power-save mode.
No. The 50L size reportedly does not fit in the Model 3 or Model Y subtrunk, so it may not work for that storage setup.
Yes. A 20L Vevor C20 has been used successfully on mini camping trips, keeping food ice cold on lower settings around 30-35W after a max-freeze pre-cool. Without power, it functions like an insulated cooler.
No. The measurements were hard to find, and the model appears to have been removed from Vevor's site in favor of newer styles. A customer review image was used to estimate the 20L internal volume.

FWIW, this customer review seems to give a very good idea of the internal volume of the 20L.

I was leaning on the 40L but that can't ship to me. Also cannot find measurements. Vevor's website also doesn't seem to have these models anymore, they appear to have been updated to a new style (which TBH some look really cool)
I'm going to get the 50L for $10,896.55.
