They use magnesium oxide, which is the worst(and cheapest) form of magnesium supplement(can cause diarrhea and isn't absorbed well), they used folic acid, which is a cheap form of folate that can cause side effects if your body is unable to convert it all to a useful form, and they only include 1000IU of vitamin D, which for most people won't be even close to enough.

If you're going to take vitamin supplements, you may as well spend a few more bucks and get ones that will actually benefit you.
