I have this brand and a cheap one in another car and Lamtto brand never freezes unlike the cheaper one and been buttery smooth!!

My cheap one doesn't have freezing issues and works better than my built in wireless android auto in my other car. The only issue is sometimes I have to unplug the dongle and replug it in for it to get android auto working. Maybe 75% success rate on the first go

Assuming your car infotainment isn't locked down, it should.

Some have very strict requirements that go way above what Android Auto actually requires.

The 2023+ Toyotas are secure to the point that if the time zones don't match, it won't connect.

Those are very hit or miss unless you go with the more expensive models.

The sub-$100 ones I've tried all have thermal issues to the point where they could burn you, assuming they don't just freeze first.

At least with this, it will always be as fast as the device you're hooking up to it.

I have this garbage. It's so slow to boot up, the touchscreen is super sluggish, YouTube has like a 10 second audio delay, and everything about it is just horrible. Stay away from this product.
